Hello,

This is most likely caused by an incorrect update of the component. If you do not have any important forms or submissions currently then it would be best to simply perform a complete uninstall of the component and perform a fresh installation using the latest version of the component.

If you do have forms and submission you want to keep, then you could try creating a backup from the `Backup/Restore` tab and after the component is re-installed use the same tab to re-add them.

It is highly recommended to create a full backup of your site before attempting these steps.
