I found that I often receive duplicated form submission from users, and I wonder how that happened as the user only submitted the form once.

one case that I can think of is that user may click the submit button many times because he might think the submit action not working.

And yes, why dont you guys add an option in RSForm pro to show a loading icon from a drop list of options like: a couple of gif animations, the choice of using Font Awesome (with a text box where we can enter the icon we want to use, and a warning message saying it will only work if font awesome is loaded in the template). I personally have seen many people press the 'submit' button more than once a they dont know if it is working...this would solve the issue.

It is necessarty to "set Auto Generate Layout to No" We hate this option. Maybe for an static website with a simple contact form... But we use to add and modificate fields, so this option is a headbreaker for us.
