Hello everyone,

I would like to customize a form but I do not know how. I tried everything . I have a dropdown field and according to what the user selected from the dropdown well it displays an HTML code once the form is submitted .( Maybe with hidden_fields ? )

For example the user selected "Yes" in the dropdown and well ca affichiera HTML code associated with the "Yes" quon have previously informed. If selected "No" well it displays another HTML.

How to do this ?
