Hi, i need simple form, even without submit button.
There will be some calculations.

So i need:
Dropdowns with several values with different image near each word.
checkboxes...

Calculation results must be displayed in separate area without page refresh.

Can somebody assist me with that?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
