Good afternoon

I need to display only 1 of several fields in the user email (PDF) after completing the form. These fields need to display if 2 specific answers are selected.

Eg:

Question1:
A
B - selected
C
D

Question 2:
A
B
C - selected
D

Therefor display field X. If fields A & C were selected then display field Y etc.

Looking for advice, paid help or a referral.
