After upgrading latest RSForm Pro front end is not working, even from back end where particular form "Preview" option also not showing, please help us asap.

Please head over to your Global Joomla! configuration settings and enable the maximum error reporting. Reload the form page. If an error is displayed let me know what it is.

Can you please provide an accurate description of what exactly isn't working ?


PS: Useful actions that you can take on the forum so others (that spare their own time) may provide assistance:

- provide a link to the form
- enable the Joomla! maximum error reporting and specify the error
- explain how error can be replicated

Hello Alexp,

RSForm Pro 1.51.8 is working not even 1.51.9.

After upgrading to 1.51.10, I'm not able to access back end option "Manage Forms" to edit/modify. Front end also I'm getting blank page nothing is coming up.

It's live site and I do not want experiment anymore, since 2 days all bookings were stopped due to this issue. Now old version is working well, i'll try installing another domain and update you when I get space.

OK. We do recommend a complete site backup before any major modification on live installations. The fact that you are getting a blank page most likely indicates a fatal error. As this isn't an issue with the actual update (we have it working for literally thousands of users), it points out to a local one.

Just bare in mind that this was a major update and you will need to update all associated RSForm!Pro plugins and modules as well.

Unfortunately i can't provide more insight on this unless i can actually have a look at this.
