Since updating to RSForm! Pro 1.51.9 the validations messages show all the time?

Any thoughts?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Im bumping this topic. I am seeing the same thing. Is there a fix? Mine is happening when I place the form into a article with the Content Plugin.

UPDATE: If I install an older RSForms 1.51.x series on the site, then re-install RSforms 1.52.x, then the error goes away.
