On the last page of a multi page form I would like to show a summary of the selections made on the previous pages using the field value placeholders i.e {front rear set of wheels:value}.
Initially thought a free text field might be the thing but no that doesn't work. Anyone any ideas how I might make this work?
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then you obviously don't understand the situation!

If you are using a date field in the form, you have to use a different ID.
This is mentioned in this topic
