I need to make that few fields from the form, should be visible and editable for the the one user group TECSOLUM but other users from user group CLIENTS can not see and edit those fields in the DIRECTORY SUBMISION VIEW.

i suppose that should be some PHP SCRIpt in SECTIONS: "Scripts called on listing layout " and "Scripts called on details layout"

could you tell me how should this script look like ?
