TOPIC: Textbox height

Hi, I use one of the Rocket Theme templates on my site. The textboxes by default do not have the desired height . What is the best way to adjust the textbox height on my forms?

P.S. Is there no way to add attachments (i.e. screenshots) to posts here?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
