The firewall is blocking a plugin called MP3 Browser - tried every variation I can think of but it keeps blocking the script.

Can you provide more details on where is this plugin being used ? Perhaps we can work out an URL exception, or component related one...

The code is being scrambled when you actually save (or edit) it. This should be used within the exception definitions, not when it is being displayed.
