Joomla 3.4.4
RSForm! Pro 1.50.24

After the user properly fills out the form and clicks Submit, the screen goes blank and nothing happens. I did a view source HTML on the page and it is empty. Any suggestions? This was working before prior to the most recent RSFORM Pro update. Thanks!

It is working on another Joomla website running Joomla 2.5 with this same version of RSFORM Pro. Anyone have any clue where to look to trouble shoot this? Never had this happen before, where you click Submit and the web page is completely blank. Reloading asks to resubmit the form, but it remains blank.

This was solved by RSJOOMLA support. It turned out to be a mailer issue. For some bizarre reason the folder /libraries/joomla/mail was missing from this installation. As instructed, I installed Joomla 3.4.4 over it as if it were an update and that fixed the problem!

If it might be a mailer issue, the tip I got from this was to try to create a new user to send e-mail, and if that goes blank too, then you got a mailer issue which is what I had. Thanks again to RSJOOMLA support!
