Hello! I'm making a form www.casamarcadesign.com/index.php?option=com_rsform&formId=5 (you won't be able to send, because it has hidden information that fills when login)

When I try to send the form, it doesn't submit but reloads to itself.

It was working fine until I make a few migration with the backup/restore tool.

Any idea?
