Is there any way that after Joomla login, someone could access only submissions only he made and maybe even edit them?

Hey there, along the same limes:

I need that, after login, a co-administrator of the site is direclty brought to the following tasks:

- Scan the barcodes
- Edit the enrollments

I don't understand how to do it. Currently whoever logs in, is kept in the front-end, but instead I was a particular user login to not see the entire front-end, but rather these options in the back-end (and of course not access any other admin function!!).

How can we do it ??
