Hello

RS Team

I have designed a form and configure the new admin mail format.

But I also want to configure the IP address and date&time of the user into the admin mail format.

So Please can you help me that how could admin get the user ip address and form filling date and time.

Hello,

This dedicated article explains RSForm!Pro email configuration as well as various global placeholders you can use to return information on the submitted data. For example:

{global:userip} - submitter's IP address

{global:date_added} - date/time when form was submitted

PS: If you're using an editor, switch to the view source code mode (usually editors have a button on this) to add placeholders in the source code directly. Otherwise, you may get these scrambled by some editors, rendering them unusable.
