I'm having 2 problems with a form:

It is a company registration form and is only there to store the company data - it is not intended to be a user registration form. When it is submitted, the form does not get allocated a submission Id (or anything like that). However, I do end up with two blank fields - "Submitter's username" and "Submitter's User Id".

Problem 1 - How can I get rid of these two fields and,
Problem 2 - How can I generate a sequential submission id on posting this form?

Hello,

By default RSForm!Pro generates a submission ID when a form is submitted which is unique over all your forms. A global placeholder is available on this {global:submissionid} (other global placeholders you can use can be found here - note that it will depend on where exactly you're planning on using them).

If you use multiple forms, this forum topic might provide what you need.

As for the fields you're referring to, these are used by RSForm!Pro to capture data based on the logged in user. These show empty as people submitting your form are not logged in.

I'm not sure I understand where exactly these show up. If you're referring to the Submission Directory area, you can simply hide these from the form's directory configuration (backend > Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Directories).
This is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a support ticket here.
