Details:

We have a Membership form already created in Joomla RSForms Pro.

We need a specific workflow:

When the user submits the form a pdf contract is generated for them to preview.

The user has the option to agree and submit or go back and make any corrections.

Once the agreement is submitted it should go two places.

It should go into a database which can be accessed by the user in their Joomla account once they are accepted as members by the admin.

It should go to the admin for verification.

Once the admin verifies the users information and fills out the rest of the form an email is generated and sent to the user.

The email that is sent to the user should be able to be edited by admin.

Does Anybody know if this is even possible using RSForms Pro, or know of another way to get this workflow?

I'm not aware, I'm actually researching workflow capabilities in RSFormsPro at the moment. When I came across your post, I thought I'd share what we learned about regarding one of the best and most flexible registration tools for Joomla.

Try Pay Plans by Ready Bytes
www.readybytes.net

It will allow you to do a lot of things, including have a subscription information page associated with the user's account which they can access.

I will now continue my workflow research.
