Is it possible to have a pop up appear when a visitor would like to leave our page using RSforms pro?

For example, the visitor reaches the home page and then decides to back out or visit another site. Right before the visitor is redirected we would like to pop up a quick poll/survey to gather information. So far the only things I can find are pop up to ask if they are sure or just to collect an email address prior to leaving the page. The idea for us is to try and collect information as to why they are leaving our site.
