I'm using the RSForm Registration plugin on my website, and it suddenly stopped working. Now users are not able to submit the form at all, it just throws an error saying that the name field is blank when it is not.

Field mapping in the registration settings plugin have not changed.

When I disable the plugin, the form submits, but re-enabling the plugin brings back the error. Therefore this is plugin related, but I can't figure out why it started or how to fix it. I've even uninstalled and re-installed it. No joy.

Can you post an URL to the form and some screenshots with the current plugin configuration ?

PS: Please make sure that you are using the latest version of RSForm!Pro and the registration plugin.

Yes, I am using the latest version of both RSForms as well as the registration plugin.

Here is the page with the actual form: sandiegohikes.net/valenti/prelaunch

Here is a screenshot of the parameters. These parameters were working up until yesterday morning when the error began.

According to your support ticket, you were using older versions for both RSForm!Pro and Registration plugin. Please update and try again.

We eventually figured out that it was because I had set up the password requirements in Joomla core to require integers, which are not present in a first name.

Thank you!
