TOPIC: Text input area height

I am trying to create a form for use on an ipad. Static text etc can be made a larger font, but the input box remains at the same (small) height and makes it hard to select an actually input data.

How can I increase the height of individual text boxes, check boxes, radio buttons etc (not text areas).
