TOPIC: Custom Forms Not Being Used After Update

Custom Forms Not Being Used After Update 10 years 1 month ago #30597

I recently migrated to Joomla 3.4.0. I have set up many custom contacts, of which there are 3 different types (Department Contacts, Employee Contacts, Report Contacts). All are fine except for the Report Contacts.
They are not using the custom form I created, but rather what looks like a default form.

I am not sure how this happened or why it is happening to only a few of my forms?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I solved the problem!
My regular Joomla contact component need to be disabled. It was overriding the custom rsforms.
