Hello,

I am trying to use RSForm! Pro to allow users to request documents using one form and if approved, purchase the same requested documents using a second form. The current setup can be viewed here www.sunrealgroup.com/request-for-documents.html for the initial document request and here www.sunrealgroup.com/user-requested-documents.html for the area where users would purchase the documents. The first form allows the users to supply their contact information and which documents they want to purchase using a checkbox group. Once they submit the form, the request is sent to the website administrator for review. If they are approved, they are sent to the second link which would be populated with the selected documents and PayPal add to cart buttons. After the documents have been purchased, the files are emailed to the user by the website administrator.

I am using two forms and the URL parameter pass through functionality of RSForm! Pro. Accessing the contact information from the user is simple and in place, but I am needing assistance with accessing the selected document values from the documents checkbox array. How can I grab this information from the database, extract it and display it in the HTML as a list or table with a PayPal button displayed alongside each checkbox item value? I have attached a screenshot displaying how it should look.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Mike
