Hi all, I have been working on a dynamic drop-down form for a few days now and I cant find the necessary code to add to my "CSS and Javascript area" regarding additional drop-down selection.

I want to add more dynamic drop downs that are related to one-another. For example

first drop down will condition my next selection
second drop down will condition my third selection
etc

Can someone help paste the code in here for 3 or 4 selection

here is my example:

first selection: COUNTRY
second selection: STATE
third selection: COUNTY
forth selection: CITY
