TOPIC: Form email to different people

I need my form to send the form to different people depending on their location.
Example

User selects from a drop down, Europe
Completes the remaining fields in the form and hits send.
The form then emails emeatech, or emeasales

Another user selects USA
Completes the remaiing form and hits send
The form then emails USATech

Can this be done?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
