Google Analytics plugin you are able to set up goals and track how many visitors viewed the form along with how many actually submitted it

Hi, I install G. Plugin, enable it, and put the GA code inside the system.

But, in GA system (page of GA) nothein happend, many custommers was sending form, and no one change to Meta.

What's wrong?
