Love RSForms Pro and we've been using it for many good years now.

In recent times (last 12 months or even more), we've noticed that email formatting goes a bit weird on many occasions.

Every 10 emails or so, randomly one of the Admin (and User) emails that goes through will have half of the entire contents of the email contain "strikethrough" on the text.

Eg.

It looks bizarre, as we cannot seem to be able to stop it from happening. Note that we do not include any strikethrough's (at all) in any part of the Admin/User email formatting. We only include Bolds, Italics, Underlines and occasionally different colours for text so the {Something:caption} stands out from {Something:value} for the recipient.

We've tested on different email-clients, and it doesn't seem to matter which email software is being used.

• How can we fix this?
• Is there any work-around for forcibly stopping the emails from adding in this random "strikethrough" of text?

We've also noticed that for almost every single email, it doesn't matter if we've carefully formatted the Admin/User emails to all be one font (eg. Arial), nearly 80% of the time, several of the lines in there will be Times Roman and the rest Arial. Also, about half the time, we get half of the email appear in "bold" (as though it is ignoring a closing bold-tag halfway through the email and making the remainder all appear in bold). This isn't a big deal, but we have a feeling is somehow related to the randomness of the strikethrough appearing out of nowhere - which also appears to occur always about halfway down a list of captions/values in both Admin and User emails.

This is very frustrating for our clients who use RSForms for issuing Orders or pseudo-Invoices, etc. because it gives the impression to the recipient that something is wrong with the order, or things have been cancelled.

Surely someone else has experienced this before?

Been using RSForm!Pro for nearly 6 years now and am very familiar with this strike-through issue. I've seen it crop up a number of times in projects.
