Hello,

I'm looking a way to create an order form. It has to look something like this:

Select item 1 Select size Price
Select item 2 Select size Price
Select item 3 Select size Price
Select item 4 Select size Price
Select item 5 Select size Price
Select item 6 Select size Price
Select item 7 Select size Price
Select item 8 Select size Price
Select item 9 Select size Price
Select item 10 Select size Price

Total Total amount


  • The shown selectable sizes depends from the selected item
  • The price depends from the item and size
  • If no item is selected the price should be 0

I want a user to select the item and size and after that the price should be visible and the total amount should be calculated.

Is this possible with RSForms Pro?
