Any way to send a form to vTiger TICKETS module, downladed and installed the vTiger plugin but only allows me to send to LEADS and not to Tickets?

I have tried to add Post to location but I think because reforms creates form[brackets] in the name tag it is not sending the mail

Any help appreciated
