Hello,

I need to know if next to a field I can insert a text like "Click here for more details" and when the user clicks it a pop-up will appear with some text in it, and under the info in the pop-up a "Close pup-up" button.

And second, at the end of the form I want to insert something like:

Who would like to send this to:
1) Support Dept.
2) Sales team
3) Public Relations

That 1,2,3 would be a drop-down and based on which option it chooses the e-mail will go to that department. Where the e-mail addresses are predefined in the back-end and linked to those names in the option.
