Clicking the "continue" button more than once generates duplicate submission and bogus message

From one of my users:

I just submitted my volunteer hours and had something unusual happen…When I hit Submit, it processed as usual and presented me with the Continue option. I clicked on the Continue button, but thought I missed it because nothing happened. When I clicked a second time it gave me an error message like I was trying to purchase something. It warned I might be billed twice…

I know that we need to be careful to only click the Submit button once, but I didn’t think that clicking the Continue button after the data was submitted would cause a problem…evidently it does. I did get two reports, although the 2nd one came a full minute after the first one.

This may not need any software correction, but I wanted you to be aware of it, in case it was a new issue. It does incorrectly show as a second report on the View Volunteer Hours webpage however.
