I recently wrote an article on how to integrate RsForms Pro in Joomla (2.5x, should work in all versions) with the Bigcontacts CRM system. This saves a tremendous amount of time because when new contact forms are filled out in RsForms they automatically create a new contact record in Bigcontacts. If you set the Bigcontacts webform to create a new task or sales opportunity this will be done as well. The meat behind the integration is a script posted into the Scripts section on RsForms.
