I'm having issues with my form not sending submissions to the admin... I'm using the PHP Mail Function on my site, but have also tried to use SMTP with no luck...

I've been working with my Host to resolve the issue and this is their response: this communication error looks to be occurring on the Joomla level as to why I'm not sure. Why it fails but works in code format is a bit beyond me...

Any suggestions? Please let me know what other information you need. Prior to trying SMTP, I was able to submit the form and receive the "Thank You" for your submission email, but not the admin email....

RSForm!Pro uses the same standard email sending function as your Joomla! installation does. The issue you are experiencing is either a misconfiguration or a restriction of your hosting. The following article provides certain troubleshooting steps you can take in this case:
