I tried to send a mail via MAss mail on admin panel but فاث ئثسسشلث will not be sent and sestem shows below error message :
• SMTP Error! Data not accepted.
SMTP server error: Missing internal data in the header. Message discarded.

Could you please help me to fix that.

Hello,

RSForm!Pro actually uses the default Joomla! Mail Settings in order to send emails. The issue is most likely generated because the SMTP host does not accept the data sent with the email and not something related nor influenced by RSForm!Pro.

You could try using other email clients in your SMTP settings or send a much simpler email message, plain text for example to test this. Another test you can perform to notice if the same issue is encountered, is to create a new Joomla! user(when doing so, an automated email is sent).
