we are creating a Forumlar to report results in the league. Here it should be so that the home team should be selected and hospitable crew, including in two dropdown. these two teams will then also get the contents of the form as a copy. ie I need a possibility that an email address is angefüt in the stored in the dropdown teams and the copy will then be automatically sent to that address. From what I understood, you would like to send an email which includes the form information and have different "TO" addresses based on the selected items of your dropdowns.

A similar example is explained in the following article(the implementation would be the same for dropdowns):

Basically when specifying the dropdown items you can use the "|" pipeline symbol. This is used to split the value into value|label, useful to have the actual value of the selection hidden as only the right part of the pipeline will be showed in the frontend area.
