Please help. I Need to get this form completed for work tomorrow. I have created a form and put it on the right-hand side module. It breaks the template and the fields continue on. any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated as I am pulling my hair out.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

There is no standard fix for a CSS issue. Please post a link to your form.
