TOPIC: Backup / Restore Submenu is not working

Just installed RSForm Pro to Joomla 3.2.2 and it appeared successful. However when I open the component and click on the Backup / Restore tab it's not working properly. It states to click on the Browse button to find a file to restore, however there is no "Browse" button. To the right of the tabs it does have "backup" & "restore" listed with bullets and they appear clickable, but nothing happens when I click on them.
The same happens with the Configuration tab, I click on figuration and the box is blank but off to the right I see Settings, update, calculations, but cannot click on them.

I can recreate the forms, but need the configuration tab to setup the captcha plugin
Please let me know if you have any ideas
