I use RS Form to send test results back to my clients. The main office, enters in clients name, email address and uploads a pdf for my clients.

We have no issues receiving a copy in the office, but clients are saying they are not receiving anything. We enter clients email on the form.

This is a new problem. Been working for many years with no issues. We did recently change our email addresses, but the former email addresses are operational. Everything on the corp side is working fine, we see them fine.

Other forms seem to be working fine. i have clients email going into the "to" box {Email Address:value}

any suggestions.

when you say "we did change our email addresses" do you mean the domain name changed? I've had the mx records lag behind the C/A records when changing name servers -causing the email address to "switch" a couple days later than the site names servers propagated.. Kind of hard to tell what your situation is.

You say the email addresses you're using on the form are all "working". Is it just with one customer? Can you do a test (basic form, just a button and send an email to the same client or test the offending form with a test email address?
