I have 3 rs forms and 2 work perfectly and 1 does not.
I get
Notice

Could not instantiate mail function.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

after I submit

Catering Request
siteground226.com/~lasallem/index.php/co...tering-request2.html

Other 2 forms work fine
siteground226.com/~lasallem/index.php/co...general-inquiry.html
siteground226.com/~lasallem/index.php/co...customer-survey.html

I even deleted the Catering request and made a new one.
Please advise.
