Are counted and then the page refreshes and all the fields are the default reset.
How to disable the update form when you click on the button?

From what i can see, you are using a "submit" button. Clicking it will trigger your calculation function as well as submitting the form (which causes a page refresh).

If you don't want the form to be submitted, simply replace the current submit button with a normal one.
