Hello,

I have a question about, how to send an email to all the people that did send in a form for a certain
vacancy in our company.
I have a lot of people and I want to inform the people that there is a vancancy.

Do I need a new plugin maybe.

Hi Jack:

I'm assuming that you need the list of email addresses from your form submission file and then are using some software to send the email.

To get a download of your submissions, go to the "submissions" page, select the form that you want, and then click the "Export to CVS" or "Export to Excel". At this stage, you can choose which fields you want to export. And viola, you now have a file with all the email addresses.
