Is it possible to use RSForm! Pro as testimonial / review sytem?

- I want to collect testimonails, something like 'vote with stars' and other user information (like name, address etc.).

- I also want the ability to publish only the 'testimonial field' in a module on the frontend of the website, which shows all input like a scroll-ticker.
