Yes I am currently having this issue, and I believe it relates to having "Required" fields in the originating Form, but them not being selected/checked as editable in the Managed Directories interface.

I am unable to edit a specific field from the front end, unless ALL required fields are also checked as editable.

For my situation I only want two of my fields editable, but this produces the same error you get on submission "There was an error in your form." If I check the fields marked as "Required" also as editable, then it works fine with no error; BUT this completely beats the purpose of having the ability to select which specific fields you want editable on the front end.

I have submitted a ticket, so I am hopeful this gets resolved.

UPDATE:

This issue has been resolved. The support had me download and reinstall the Extension, which acted as an update, and this resolved the issue completely.

The support here is great and very fast!

If you are still having the issue, try downloading the newest version and reinstalling it.
