I can't understand how to load the content plugin for RS Form Pro for Joomla 1.5.

I have downloaded the file - rsform.zip which within it includes the plugin files however they do not install with it. I only see that the component installed when I uploaded this file.

The folder: /plugins/plg_content
and files: index.html rsform.php and rsform.xml

are all within the zipped file but I can't seem to figure out how they should install.
