why my form can't go to second page? 11 years 8 months ago #24799

My form on my website: www.101migration.com/index.php/assessment.html

keep showing "invalid input" and can't go to second page. I have not set any validation on the answers, so "ANY" answer will be good enough.

It still shows " invalid input".
The administrator has disabled public write access.
