TOPIC: Limit time of appointment?

I searched the forums and didn't find much, possibly due to not understanding which search terms to use.

Similar to the support thread and suggestion linked below, I want to make form fields that limit the minimum amount of time someone can book an appointment for. I want to make sure that the shortest someone can book is three hours. How do I do that?
