I would like to use OnFocus/OnBlur for phone validation but I do not have enough javascript experience to figure out how to make this work property with RSForm Pro!

Hi there,

I am trying to format a 10 digit phone number from the following format:

234567890

to the following format:

(123) 456-7890.

using the OnFocus/OnBlur method. I have read that this could be done but haven't seen any good examples to work from. Does anyone know how to use this method to format phone numbers?

If this can not be done, I would like to validate the field data making sure each user enters their phone number using the specific format (123) 456-7890.

The first option would be most ideal. But if this option is not available, how can I make sure the user is properly formatting their phone number prior to form submission?
