Now I will create one form to help customers choose the suitable product in my website. This form will have some choices for them to select and the result vary from their choices. such as the first question is, what's type of your skin and choices are A,B,C,D.
Second question, is what's the colour of your skin and choices are E,F,G,H.
If customer select A and E, the result is I.
If choose B and F the result will be J.

Can I create this kind of form with rs form pro?
