TOPIC: Forbidden error on form submit

Hello,

A Submission form on one of our websites currently gives a "403 forbidden" error when trying to submit it. You can just hit "Submit" at the very bottom to see the error, no need to fill out the form.

Everything was working fine 2-3 days ago and nothing on the website or server was changed on our side. For whatever reason, the form on the Contact page seems to work just fine though and the only difference between the two is that the Submission form uses a photo upload system.

Any ideas as to what's causing it?
