TOPIC: Caption name insite input field

Hi all
I need to place my subscription form in the right hand column of 250px wide. In order to have it fit I need the Caption (input field name) either inside the input field that will be overwritten by the user when entering his/her name or above the input field.

Can anyone tell me how and where to do this? Is it a CSS change or a code change.
