Incredibly disappointed with the rubbish support from RSJoomla - even though I bought the product they won't help out and these forums are worse than useless.

We are building 3 new websites for new clients and will use an alternative form system. One with decent support.

I agree with Matt. I've never had an issue with getting help from Support. I've used the ticket system since I first bought RSJoomla products. I may not like the answer or it's beyond my capability but I always get an answer. So if you put in a question that is direct, and contains all of the things that will help get an answer (links, details on what you want to do, for example, etc.) someone will answer.

As far as the forum, we try... but the people who are on this are not always experts. We are just people who are willing to share our knowledge. Sometimes we have answers or partial solutions to things. Most of us share the Support answers that we get so others can learn. But we can't answer a question if is hasn't been asked here.

Your original post didn't state what you were trying to accomplish. Maybe if you post what you are looking to do, someone might be able to help.
